Recently, the “portable valve hoist” independently developed by Shanghai Kaiyan mechanical equipment Co., Ltd. has been recognized as a high-tech achievement transformation project in Shanghai in 2019.

This is the recognition of the fifth high-tech achievement transformation project won by our company after “VTF new valve remote transmission mechanism”, “valve safety mechanical interlocking”, “nuclear valve remote transmission device” and “coded safety mechanical interlocking”.

The equipment uses a set of hand-held valve driving gun to select the appropriate power source on site, including power supply, air source, hydraulic or battery mode, so as to realize one key driving operation, save time and improve efficiency. It mainly solves the operation problems of large torque and many turns of manual valves in petrochemical, electric power, shipbuilding and other industries.

Over the past decade, Shanghai Kaiyan has accumulated strong technical strength and rich experience in the field of valve safety operation technology innovation. The independently developed innovative products valve remote transmission mechanism, valve safety mechanical interlocking and safety mechanical interlocking device have been widely used in important industrial fields such as nuclear power, electric power, petrochemical, shipbuilding, rail transit and so on.
